Buyers have the option to send reminders to sellers in order to submit an offer, either in their product listing or in an auction.
Such reminders can be sent to those who have submitted an offer on a particular IPS previously or who have the product in their product list (subscribed to the product category).
In the product list, the notification can be sent from two places:
- My IPS list – from the three dots on the far right of each IPS
- From the IPS overview of each IPS – the “Send Poke” button
After clicking on the Send Poke button, a modal will appear. Click on the company/companies you want to remind to update/place their offers and then send the poke.
Notifications from auction can be sent from tab “Potential Participants” by marking the company from the list as shown below.
