The section, dedicated to email listings, contains the names of all companies and their email addresses you have saved in order to send invitations when starting a new auction. Please note that the invitation does not necessarily mean that all invited sellers will take part in the auction by placing an offer. Participation is upon the seller’s decision.
- Go to “Settings” on the bottom left of your dashboard.
- Select “Email Listings” from the drop-down menu.
- To create a new listing, press “Add New Listing” (they can be also imported, press “Import new listing”).
- A pop-up window will appear, in which you can specify the name you wish to give to the new listing.
- Below the listing name press the “Add” button, so that you can enter all email addresses you wish to save inside that listing.
- When finished entering the company email addresses, press “Save”.
