The “Contracts” menu is only visible to buyers. Any given buyer can upload and edit contracts and other proprietary documents, including company general terms and conditions.
To add a document, click on the Add new contract button, highlighted in the screenshot below.

To view archived contracts, click on the gearwheel and move the Show archived toggle as shown on the screenshot below.

After clicking on the Add new contract button, the following screen will appear.

You will see four main divisions: Info, Participating parties, Contract details, Compliance and legal questions.
From the Contract details division you can upload Payment schedules.

After filling in all the required fields, the Create button becomes active.
