Alter Existing Role

  • Go to ‘Settings’.
  • Select ‘Employees’ from the dropdown menu.
  • After the names of all employees appear, choose which one will undergo role and/or region modification and press ‘Roles and Regions’.

The process is absolutely identical to the initial combination of newly added employees with roles and regions. After selecting the respective roles and regions, press ‘Save’ and ‘Close’ (in some cases, companies will operate only in a specific region, which will require selecting roles only for the respective employee).
