Manage Employees

For access to data regarding company employees, go to ‘Employees’ under the dropdown menu in ‘Settings’. In this section, you will have a view of the names of all employees of the specific company, contact information, as well as the date each employee was added to the company profile.

Additionally, there is an option to assign each employee to specific regions and roles. Just as employees can be attached to selected regions and roles, they can also be removed from the company profile.

Press the ‘Assign to Roles and Regions’ button and make your selection for which roles and regions the specific employee should be responsible for. Once you have made your choice, click ‘Save’ and then ‘Close’

Requests

Here you can view requests to join employees to the company profile. For more information, please refer to Joining a Company – Sending a Request.

Invitations

Here you can send an invitation to a specific email to be your new employee, specifying their role and region. For more information, please refer to Joining a Company – Invitation from a registered company.

Removed

Here you can see all removed employees. You can also assign them back to a certain region and role. 

User Permissions

This section gives all the permissions given to a certain employee depending on its role. However those can be modified in the section Roles –  Settings menu.
