Each buyer has access to a menu called “Reports”. It is accessed from the main menu and contains two separate sub-menus.
The first sub-menu, called General reports, allows the buyer to filter auctions based on specific details or attributes. An example would be: “Auctions with few bidders”. This report filters all auctions with less than X number of bidders, where X is substituted with any given number. Another example of an auction report would be “Auctions not awarded on best price”. This report ignores all auctions that are awarded at the best offered price and only shows auctions where the buyer has chosen an offer which is not the lowest for the auction.
In order to run a report, click on “Execute” below it.

The second type of report is called “Procurement Efficiency Report”, which provides information on the actions of all company employees who are registered on the platform. The number of tenders launched and awarded can be seen from this report; created orders and their values; canceled orders and their values; created products and IPS.
The third type is “My counterparties report”. In tabular form, you can see all the suppliers you work with on the platform, the number and amount of auctions and orders, as well as the number of their participations in auctions.
