Notification Settings

Тhe Notification Settings serve the purpose of providing real-time alerts regarding auction start and finish, awarding, offers and bids given, order placing and execution, and more. 

  • Go to “Settings” on the bottom left of your dashboard
  • Select “Notifications” from the drop down menu
  • On the very top you will see a dropdown menu, allowing you to choose which user role to set the notifications for.  Choose which notifications you wish to enable for the certain user role by taping the “On” button next to each notification type. If you wish to enable all notifications for the specific role, simply press the green “Enable All” button on the top of the page.

Both as a seller and a buyer on Auxionize, you have the opportunity to set notifications for various aspects of your company operation. Even though some notification types are identical for both sellers and buyers, others vary. Regardless if you are on the seller`s or the buyer’s side, you could set billing and company notifications, such as invoice issuing and payment, employee role changes and requests to join. 


Regarding the buyer`s notifications, they have to do with auction commencement, better bids placed, auction awarding and completion. Also, buyers get notifications regarding changes and new offers to their IPS`s, new purchase orders from auctions and IPS`s, as well as their completion and cancellation. Notifications can be set for each role in the company differently. 


Sellers, on the other hand, can set notifications regarding start of relevant to their field of operation auctions and invitations received, competitive bids, auction completion and awarding, and new orders from auction and IPS offers. All notifications could be push, or e-mail enabled. Notifications can be set for each user role in the company differently.
